How to Join the SMBASMBA membership is limited to individuals licensed to in the state of Missouri. Membership is granted on a case by case basis for attorneys licensed to practice in other states. We are now offering a student membership category, limited to students enrolled in an accredited law school. Annual dues rates and and application are available in the link. Public sector attorneys may receive a 50% discounted dues rate. Dues waivers for unemployed attorneys and economic hardship waivers are granted on a case by case basis.
